Seven card stud eight or better is a variation of seven card stud, this is also known as seven card stud hi/lo.
It is a challenging game that involves most pots being divided between best high hand and the best low hand, provided that the qualifications for a low hand is achieved, for someone to be qualified as someone with low card he or she should have five cards ranked eight or blow.
Consider these examples, a hand of A 2 4 7 8 would be read 87,421 and a hand of A 2 4 6 7 would be read 76,421. The second hand, A 2 4 6 7, is lower than the first and would win half the pot.
Playing stud hi/lo is the played same way as the seven card stud, with each gamer posting an ante, being dealt withn2 cards down and one up, with the lowest exposed card placing a forced bring in bet.
Limits in betting double after each remaining player receives their 5th card, and stays at the higher limit for the rest of the hand.
In the seventh round of betting, when it is complete, players still left in the game reveal their cards to see who wins the high and low half pot.
If there is a qualifying low hand, the player with the best low hand wins half the pot, while the player with the best high hand wins the other half. If there isn’t a qualifying low hand, the best high hand wins the full pot.
Since almost no difference happens between seven card stud and seven card stud eight or better, therefore we could enjoy playing the two.
In playing or gambling with these kinds of game, we just need to consider and be able to know the right time to bet or the right time to continue.
What is good about this type of poker is both good and bad hands are given the chance of making it ti the pot. May it be in half or lucky if the highest card holder is alone, and no one qualified for the low hand, he can have the money.
Again whether what you label it this is still gambling and no matter what you should take care of your money and never waste it just because of thinking that you till have more.
Gamble as a form of leisure and not as a form of business.
